I had booked a stay in Amarillo and that hotel was not good. This Best Western in Hereford was the only hotel available due to three rodeos in town in Amarillo. It was such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were immaculate. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good, they even had Texas shaped waffles. I was highly impressed.

We were greeted warmly; the receptionist was very efficient and accommodating. The facility is older but has been renovated and our room was very clean and in good repair. I expected an odor because they have smoking rooms but we didn't notice it at all inside.

Breakfast was very good. Everything at the venue was good. The closeness to Hyw 60 and the railroad was a noise problem on the first night.

The room was super clean. There wasn’t a lot of traffic noise. The location was good and I was able get to where I needed to go with easy access to.
